What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The customer support for NinjaRMMs partners is excellent. Whether I need to access my partner success rep or an engineer, they all take the time to help. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The simplicity and well designed screens. It feels light weight even though it has all the features we need. I've tested 5-10 other RMM programs and they are very cumbersome and awkward. NinjaRMM gets it right and their team continues to improves on new features.
