"GREAT Product, EXCELLENT Support"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? My favorite features are the mobile app (really nice tool), TeamViewer/Splashtop integrated remote support. The software inventory is quite impressive. The scripting library is quite nice and very useful. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The patch management could some work, I find that I occasionally have to deploy a patch twice before it is listed as installed. The other main issue I've run into are scheduled ...

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Software is pretty straight forward to use and saves me lots of times dealing with multiple offices. Not sure how I survived before. It keeps all of my workstations up to date with the right patches. It also helps with the people that work from home and never bring their laptops in to the office.
