"Finally a product that's easy and made by people that care"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja was so easy to setup. It's fun to tweak. The scripts are simple and there are even some basic templates. It tells me everything I need to know about a computer and what's going on. The integrations have been a huge help. Their documentation is precise, easy to follow and accurate. Our account manager actually cares and checks in on us every 2 weeks. Good vendors are so rare, no matter the product. I'm not really sure I could ...

"Always surprising me. Always useful"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The scripts, and conditional scripting. Being able to set scripts to run based on when conditions are triggered has saved me a ton of time. Customer support is always quick to respond, our account manager is quick. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We manage 1600 pc for patching, but we found that Ninja goes beyond patching with it's scripting and more. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I do wish they had more third party patches. They are adding more. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? All endpoint management. For 15,000 we save 130,000 per year on endpoint managmen.
