"Excellent Service and Platform"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Platform was was easy to setup on the whole, i do wish the automation was a little more intuitive but other than that we were up and running in less than an hour. It was great to have Teamviewer added into the bundle too. Instead of having to contract review multiple vendors we just had to do the one. They always go out out of the way to find an solution to a problem or answer to a question. I always have a great customer experience with them. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? My favorite thing is definitely the ease of use. It's very intuitive. A really interesting price considering all the features included.
