"Overall a good RMM"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to implement and very user friendly and a quick proffecional support team that is happy to help when I need some help. Seamless integration to Teamviewer where it took literally 5 minutes to implement. Alot of fesatures: patch management, backup, scripts, automations, monitoring & software installation. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I am trying hard to think about what it could be... I can't find ...

"Powerful tool that I couldn't manage my infrastructure without"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like how easy to use the NinjaOne platform is to use, making it a breeze to monitor, manage and secure all our devices from a single platform. All the tools from patching to remote access are simple yet effective to set up and use. The system is the open for me from the minute I start my day to the last thing I close at the end. Customer support and account managers are knowledgable and very helpful. There is nothing out there that ...

"An excellent RMM Tool"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja made it effortless for us to connect to our server environments wherever we had the tool installed, whether on prem or running on VMs in Azure and AWS. The scripting feature made server side automation easy, whilst we could jump onto the desktop too if we needed to. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We are too used to it! We need to access some customer systems and it is frustrating when we can't use ...
