What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? OMG, I love ninja so much. It's so epic, just like when I get the victory royale on fortnite. It reminds me of the old expression used on the most epic anime there is, Naruto! When Naruto turns into a ninja, he shouts, "it's chakra time" and defeats all the bad guys. "Policy implementation - Not yet live"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Creating policies is straight forward once you have a plan first of what it is you'd like to achieve. Update windows and timings seem to be very straight forward. Support for Windows, MacOS and Linux is nice to have all in one area. Love the UX design and ease of use Navigating through our customers environments is simple and fast What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? only con for me is that Slack integrated alerts for when servers go down is too large and could be a bit more simplified What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ease of use in the UI and adding of scripts. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There really needs to be an added script task to allow for "rerun task hourly" rather than daily, weekly, monthly only. There's a number of tasks for installing software silently when laptops are off/asleep that we'd like to keep repushing the script. Simple tasks like password resets are relegated to scripts What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves access vital information related to end user's machines and Servers as well as remote access.
