"Ninja is an effective, affordable RMM for SMBs and Enterprise Managment"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne RMM is robust in feature set, but also simple to use. Ninja can deploy, monitor, and manage just about anything you can think of. If it is in the realm of powershell, NInja can handle it. Ninja is very easy to implement. Even out of the box, there are many great monitoring conditions. Software deployment is a breeze, and can be automated in the easy to configure policies. Integrating it in to common apps, such as Autotask, ...

"New NinjaOne deployment"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Very intuitive interface, great view of the health of all managed devices, and ability to be proactive in our support instead of reactive. Patch management is spot on. Easy to figure out, if you struggle just watch the help videos or open a support ticket. After one month of use after deploying, I have a firm grasp of all the endpoints we manage, and have the ability to remotely service our clients. Really enjoying NinjaOne. What do ...

"Ninja One - The good and the bad"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What I love most about NinjaOne is that it provides a single interface to manage all our clients devices. I use it all day long, and I am able to connect to any clients machine VERY quickly when I need to. It is easy to install on new devices, allowing us to support our clients effectively and effeciently. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? On the flip side, on the rare ocasion that NinjaOne services are down, we ...

"Best Overall RMM Suite"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Before onboarding to NinjaRMM, we utilized TeamViewer Host for unattended remote access and Webroot for anti-virus, so our familiarity with these products helped with our decision to onboard considering the native integration. We also appreciate our Account Manager who reaches out to us regularly with recommendations. Having a product that works reliablity is of utmost importance, and I'm happy to report that I can't remember a time ...

"NinjaOne makes IT Administration simple"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The app is the best thing for me. Being able to reboot, remote in, or run a script via my mobile device app is wonderful. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The lack of alternate MIBS in the NMS section is the most lacking to me. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Customizable asset management.

"Great Staff and a Great Product!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It's much faster to get to the website in a hurry and get connected to a PC compared to other RMM services we've used. Also the customer support has been very responsive. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The built-in reporting feature is alrmost worthless. The API Reporting is great, but it would be nice to be able to create good, attractive reports inside the website. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly ...

"Excellent Service and Platform"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Platform was was easy to setup on the whole, i do wish the automation was a little more intuitive but other than that we were up and running in less than an hour. It was great to have Teamviewer added into the bundle too. Instead of having to contract review multiple vendors we just had to do the one. We are 100% cloud based so NInja made our lives alot simpler, was used every day. Add to that great support from Marco Dreilich it ...
