"NinjaOne RMM Review"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne's interface is very easy to navigate and use. I also enjoy the speed on the interface. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Features are still being added, so sometimes I run into something that can't be done and the answer is to submit a feature request. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? We are saving money over our prior RMM solution and we are able to ...

"I have used the product for about 5 years and have been happy with the product."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like how it flows and the ease of use and simplicity of the application. It is relatively easy to move thru and get to what you need without going thru layers of screens to accomplish what you want to do. It is easy to setup new customers and devices. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have found customer support can be improved especically when you need to reach someone. Once you do I have been able to get ...

"Great product, easy to use, highly receommended"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Love this product. Easy to use, ease to implement and roll out, scripting for installs works, it can pull in huntress and other add-ons, it works with Hudu, and a host of other things we like using. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There are some alerts we would like to set up that seem mildly complex, but do it once or twice and you're set. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that ...

"Recommended reliable remote support tool."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We enjoy the uptime, ease of installation, ease of use that NinjaOne has provided. We switched various RMM tools due to lack of uptime about a year ago, and Ninja hasn't had an interruption on us once. The customer support and NinjaDojo is also great. Our account rep is constantly reaching out to make sure we are happy and informs us of feature updates. We love Ninja and have no plans of leaving ever. What do you dislike about ...

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Lo completo del producto. Puedes controlar el equipamiento y automatizar avisos de forma que el sistema está mucho mas controlado, pero sin ser intrusivo. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Me gusta todo en lineas generales, siempre se puede mejorar, y son muy proactivos en eso. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? "Ninja offers a easy to use and powerful rmm"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja has been rock solid, and provides a powerful toolset for managing devices. The custom variables and details we can get and then script back into management has been invaluable and something the other big players have struggled at consistently. Support and integration in onboarding was fantastic. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The integrations for Apple, and third party management for items like ...

"Ninja is so epic kawaii desu ~"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? OMG, I love ninja so much. It's so epic, just like when I get the victory royale on fortnite. It reminds me of the old expression used on the most epic anime there is, Naruto! When Naruto turns into a ninja, he shouts, "it's chakra time" and defeats all the bad guys. In a similar way, I love using Ninja to make epic gamer plays while helping out customers. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There is no dark mode ...
