"Brilliant tool for IT Pros, nice and easy to use interface"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Brilliant for keeping on top of patches, software and O/S. Not only for the obvious reasons of security but also to maintain compliance for things like Cyber Essentials. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I don't really have anything to put in this section, I like the product and it does what it is meant to. Any issues are generally the fault of the remote machine, nothing that Ninja could control What problems ...

"Used almost every RMM, Ninja is our favorite!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Its always very easy to do anything we need. It may not have as many integrations as some RMM's that have been around for 20 years, but Ninja is super fast, cloud-first, not held together with bubblegum and duct tape. It does everything we need to do and do it super fast, not something we need to spend hours and days constantly tuning like other RMM's. Creating a new client and starting to deploy is less than a minute, we have parent ...

"Great well rounded product"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Dashboard - The super quick ability to identify the overall health of the network is great. The implementation was super quick and easy. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I think the ticketing system built into Ninja has potential but unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired. I'd recommend diving deeper into the development or the product or just punting on ticketing all together. What problems is NinjaOne ...

"Best tool that i've used to manage and support my clients"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What I liked best about NinjaOne was that it was easy to get up and running. The onboarding process and support are amazing. Patching and monitoring devices have never been so easy. The integrations with Teamviewer, Sentinel One, and other applications are very easy to integrate. NinjaOne's support is supper, with fast responses from their support team. Any issues I've had, which have been very few, were resolved quickly. We use ...

"Great product getting better and better as time goes on!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Everything really. We can see so much data on devices, files, software, all real time. The commands that can be sent have endless possibilities on what they can be used for, as they can be written from scratch or pulled from the dojo. The ease of use is really great as well, we train interns on using it all the time! What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not much really, it does a great job of patch managment and so ...
