What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to setup and use. Good help guides. The system is intuitive. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? "A great way to manage endpoints spread over various locations around the world"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The easy to manage interface, allows for me to check the status daily on hundreds of end user devices and servers from a single view. It allows for integration with many of my other tools and also allows us to push new products and software to our end users from an easy to manage dahboard. Ninja is also very useful in troubleshooting issues for our end users by checking the status of the machine without having to rely on endusers ...

"Excellent Windows management system"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja has helped us to save a lot of time by automating our processes in endpoint management. We use it for scheduled Windows updates, automated software installation and remote management. It has taken the place of using many tasks from the domain controllers to manage the endpoint computers. The interface is clean and easy to use. It has saved valuable time! What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The platform is so ...

"Great well rounded product"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Dashboard - The super quick ability to identify the overall health of the network is great. The implementation was super quick and easy. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I think the ticketing system built into Ninja has potential but unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired. I'd recommend diving deeper into the development or the product or just punting on ticketing all together. What problems is NinjaOne ...

"Used almost every RMM, Ninja is our favorite!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Its always very easy to do anything we need. It may not have as many integrations as some RMM's that have been around for 20 years, but Ninja is super fast, cloud-first, not held together with bubblegum and duct tape. It does everything we need to do and do it super fast, not something we need to spend hours and days constantly tuning like other RMM's. Creating a new client and starting to deploy is less than a minute, we have parent ...
