"NinjaOne, A Great Service"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne has allowed us to accellerate our adoption of cyber security programs at a record pace though automated patch management. Saddie and the technical team proved to be exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the process. Transitioning from our previous RMM was seamless, thanks to meticulous preparation and the ...

"Simple yet feature packed & Excellent support service"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like that the support team is very engaged, responsive, and knows their stuff. We've never wasted time on the system waiting on replies while learning the ins/outs, and all responses are informative and directly answer the questions we have. The system is easy to learn, easy to deploy, and easy to manage. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? MacOS functionality - but this is a hurdle we've found with all RMMs. ...
