"An All-In-One RMM Solution - That works!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Having explored numerous Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions over the years, I must say that NinjaOne RMM stands out as one of the best in the market. Ninja provides a user friendly interface that actually makes sense. We have used quite a few RMM tools in the past and the interface within Ninja is one of the cleanest and fastest around. In addition to looks, the core Ninja product is rock solid. There isn't too much it ...

"Best RMM I have used to date for features and simplicity"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? My favorite parts about Ninja stem from it's ease of use and condition-based activities. We have many monitors set up for if a service stops, a volume starts to get full, or a scheduled time arrives where a script is spawned or an alert and email generated to help us proactivley stay ahead of problems. I have also had a very consistently good experience using the patch management capabilities on Windows systems with global patch ...

"Great RMM without the nonsense"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The RMM itself is a great product. We can do what we need to do supporting endpoints. The support is good, reps are responsive, and my most favorite thing about NinjaOne, is the confidnece I have they do not stop trying to make the product better. Most other big time RMM's are old, outdated and seem no longer developed. The ease of use and roll out/implementation was phenominal. We really like the monitors we can create. We use this ...

"We love NinjaOne"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Everything is right at your fingertips. PC information, remote support, help desk, and automation. Love being able to run command prompt ping tests without having to interrupt the end user. We use it all the time. Its easy to roll out and simple for end users to use. And if we ever have a question, their support is there with help. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It would be nice to reopen a closed ticket if ...

"Great for managing my dozens or servers"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I really appreciate the ease of management and that it just handles all of the patch management stuff, I just approve them and it makes sure every server gets them. It warns me of issues and it can monitor processes that are business-critical. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It requires root to work with VMWare management, there was no workaround for that when I tried to implement it. Since we've been with ...

"NinjaRMM has been a godsend for me to manage my company"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I recently switched from a competitor to NinjaRMM and the difference has been night and day! Ninja's platform just works out of the box. Super easy to implement, and with a couple of exceptions and tweaks, their support was quick to provide solutions instead of finger pointing as the last vendor did ad-nauseum. I use Ninja every single day, whether its to just peek at pending updates or add new endpoints from a Discovery job. The ...

"Converting from another RMM"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is simple to use without losing the power that we expect from our RMM services. We converted over from another MSP and found that the overall product of NinjaOne continues to be better than anything we got from our previous partnership. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? So far, we have not had any significant issues with NinjaOne. There has been very little complaint from anyone on my team about the ...
