What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? With Ninja Patch Management it isn't just Microsoft but dozens of other vendors too. Endpoint Management, Patch Management , bothe are ease of use and the customer support is perfect What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have several things I like including the set up was super easy, implementation took minimal effort, and the product has a small footprint that our users don't even notice. I use it every hour of every day and push out patches, remote access, and monitor issues before our users even call. Their support team was super helpful getting us set up and going. Using NinjaOne's patching, scripting and policies, I can automate onboarding new computers, install software, install printers, remove terminated and stale users, the list goes on.
