"Solid workflow to save time and be more secure!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Centralized patching management, antivirus(S1) and remote control(TeamViewer). What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? No static groups. I would prefer to have access to this option instead of Dynamic groups only. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? NinjaOne helps me complete Windows and 3rd Party patching seamlessly in a faction of the time it used to take. I am able ...

"Grew On Me Overtime - Very Happy Now!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The tool is simple to deploy to endpoints, and the single agent has many capabilities baked into one "end-user-install". Their additional services are very complimentary to their core product (backup/AV reselling + integration). Our AM, Jonathan S., is top tier! He's responsive, knows how to connect us internally to resources, and has been able to help us increase our usage and effectiveness of NinjaOne. I've worked with many ...

"The best MSP tools we have ever used"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I am the Director of IT for an automotive group with 20 locations. Due to my extensive background in managed services, around 5 years ago I adopted a competitor RMM tool for our company. During that time, I test-drove Ninja by attaining a demo on several occasions. Each time I was allowed to test it out, they added more tools, improved their UI, and provided IT administrators with logical solutions for many internal IT department ...

"Awesome Application!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love how they are always adding new tools and they listen to their customers needs. The most important thing for me, (since I am a one person team) is customer supprt, and they are always there to help. My account manager often reaches out to me to see if there is anything they can help with. They have monthly meetings to go over all of the new features and how to use them. During these meetings they have Q&A with one of their ...

"Excellent RMM Solution For Any Sized Business"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Our experience, in these last couple of years, with NinjaOne has been very positive, within our medium-sized business with a small IT team. It has helped to streamline our fleet management in a number of ways, and all the basic functionality is quite straightforward to understand and put to use. We have also found that the NinjaOne representatives have been easy to work with, with regular follow-ups and helpful responses, along with ...

"Best RMM by far!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What I like the most about NinjaOne is the Dojo. A bunch of users like myself come together with fixes or scripts already made if you are trying to find or write one to update or push a particular application. It is so easy to use though when you get it going and the implementation process is easy. Customer support is always there, we use it all the time as well it is our main source we use for all scripts, pushing updates, seeing ...

"Easy to use and makes my life easier"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Very easy to complete the initial configuration and implementation with a simple agent install. The dashboard provides a clear at-a-glance overview of the status of your entire device fleet. It is often the first dashboard I look at every day, and I use it for most of the day. Digging deeper, you can develop advanced automatic workflows to maintain patches on devices, install apps, monitor services, and everything else you would want ...

"Cost-effective tool that delivers necessary functions for the IT Ops team"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It's very easy and reliable to deploy. Its custom management of Windows updates works great. The Splashtop integration to handle remote desktop + the built-in SSH access provide an excellent tool for support & troubleshooting. And it's cost effective -- priced fairly for the value provided. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There's a good amount of selling to get onto other modules of Ninja that we just don't ...

"Great company, direct line of contact to to C suite, RMM that just works with great integrations"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? First and Foremost an RMM needs to stay online, provide relevant actionable information, and patch properly. We moved from 2 other tools, they started with a K and N but always had issues with basic functionality. Not only did Ninja work out of the box, the integrations and choices provided allowed us to provide best in class add-ons for other valuable services to our client base. All while maintaining a single pane of glass to ...

"Small IT Services Provider Game Changer"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja has allowed me to support my customers with greater speed and flexibility which totally changed what I could do as a single-person shop. Having an app to remote into client computers allows me to get more done when I'm out working on other things. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I'm not wishing for anything new at this point. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that ...
