"Amazed at the abilities NinjaRMM have built in."
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like how it provides a one stop location to be able to control and monitor hundreds of devices. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? When deploying the agent I would like to see an active update of which devices are currently having the agent installed instead of it simply saying waiting on deployment. Would like to be able to control what devices get deployed a little more. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly ...

"Review of Ninja"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The overview of each computer. Different policies applied to different computers and servers. Different options for remoting on the computers. Setting up auto restarts for devices. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I wish you could have more than an hour on the utilization. I don't like how we have to send an email to our rep to update device count. I think that should be automatic. What problems is NinjaOne ...

"Great RMM"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Very quick responses by support. Great account manager. I like that they are continuing to expand capabilities and have roadmaps published.
