"Tech Tool for tech access and patch management"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? With Ninja Patch Management it isn't just Microsoft but dozens of other vendors too. In addition since it is a cloud tool I can monitor, control and push scripts to remote devices. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I wish reporting tool was more flexiable and powerful. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? We subscribed to NinjaOne for patch management but now we ...

Overall a great experience. It was very easy to implement. Backups and restores work great, and there are no additional agents to install regarding backups. "Ninja: Does everything you need"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja is generally easy to use, and more than adequate for our remote management in the fully remote workforce. However, where I believe Ninja shines is its speed and efficiency. Policy changes, config changes, script deployment, and even app installs...all can be completed within just a minute or two of pushing the changes. This is a breath of fresh air in the RMM/MDM world. I've used other tools that can take hours to deploy a ...

"NinjaRMM continues to be THE essential tool in my MSP Toolkit!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is very intuitive and easy to use. I particularly like the ability to quickly access PC resources without having to do a remote session on the computer and interrupting a client. For example, it's not uncommon to restart a stopped service. I can review the event logs and see processor, disk, and memory status if a PC is running slow. In the years since I did my first review, Ninja has evolved. It is now called NinjaOne. I ...
