What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja was so easy to setup. It's fun to tweak. The scripts are simple and there are even some basic templates. It tells me everything I need to know about a computer and what's going on. The integrations have been a huge help. Their documentation is precise, easy to follow and accurate. "Always surprising me. Always useful"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The scripts, and conditional scripting. Being able to set scripts to run based on when conditions are triggered has saved me a ton of time. Customer support is always quick to respond, our account manager is quick. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Very easy to deploy, had it up and running very quickly. It integrated nicely with Splashtop and Bitdefender. Love the ticketing feature, didn't plan on using that but now is one of my favorite features. Nice companion phone app as well. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The tool allows the team to remotely support all users in this hybrid working world. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I think the service ticket feature could improve. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? This is solving remote support, patching and allowing auditing to be improved, resulting in help achieving some certifications.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The automation capabilities and support excedes well above any other product I've used (Kaseya, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor). Integrations into our ticketing system (Autotask) and anti-virus (SentinelOne) were also simple and made pushing our applications and updates to all devices simplified.
