"Truly Life Saving"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The most helpful feature of using the NinjaOne is being able to remote into a user's computer/server for remote support. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I haven't had any issues with NinjaOne so far. Great product. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows that tracking/monitoring of client devices.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love how simple Ninja is to use and how many features they have baked into one product. I use it every day and it's amazing. Onboarding new techs and new customers is super easy. Customer support has been pretty good and quick to access. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not much. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is very easy to use and the ability to custimize the experience is exceptional. The system works smoothly and easily connects with the other employees in the office. We use the program daily and have had no issues overall. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaONE is a great RMM platform that provides one solution to manage our corporate devices. It's onboarding process is slick, and very fast. The toolset has allowed my team to support our end users from patch management, software deployment, cover auditing needs at great value for money. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have used multiple. RMM software and NinjaOne has been the easiest to use and feature-rich product. By far, the patching, script writing, and remote control are better than the other products I have used. The filtering ability of NinjaOne is more flexible than I have used. "Easy and efficient, a joy to use!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like the layout of NinjaOne. It's easy to navigate and has many useful features such as pre-saved scripts, installers and more. Remoting onto people's machines is nice and smooth with the confirmation slider. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Nothing really. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There are so many features that we use on a daily basis. Themost used is the remote desktop. The ability to have three remote options is very valuable. The file explorer feature has proven to be extremely useful. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? GUI interface is easy to navigate and wwasy to find what I need. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The only thing I feel would improve it the remote access API with Teamviewer. At one point I was able to use the Teamviewer Enterprise license but not anymore. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? All my RMM needs are being filled at the current moment.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ease of use is the main thing we look for within our packges and the number of Features is really usefull for day to day services. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not Much to say in regards to this! Everyting works as inteneded.
