Sales Team were very eager and happy…
Sales Team were very eager and happy for me to join, and speaking with technical staff has always been pleasant and helpful, however It is a real shame to see a lot of missing functionality that needs to be provided by the customer/myself. The platform has a lot of bugs to iron out with software and scripts inconsistently running on endpoint devices and with varying success. As just a monitoring tool, it is excellent but for management... not so much I would also disagree with the ...

"The Best Remote Tools I have Ever Used"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The integrations and community that come together to streamline work are a lifesaver. Managing tickets within the system has eliminated the need for a separate resource. We can combine the various features to better serve our clients as more than numbers on a page. All with the best customer service out of any company I have worked with in the industry over the past 30 years. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly ...

We've received raving feedback already from many who are excited for this type of internal support we did not have before. I use this daily to complete taks and take care of our employees. Their customer support is also par none and I love how ...

"It just works!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? One of my favorite tools is the quick look at resources being used on a system in our fleet. Being able to see status and information for a system in one quick and easy place is great. Connections are fast and relaiable on systems what really makes it a great choice for every day use. Being able to fix issues in a fast hands on manner is also great when I not only want to fix an issue on a user's system, but I also want to teach them ...

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ability to restrict uninstall capabilities and detecting duplicate serials is very nice so that when a machine is re-imaged, it does not create a duplicate entry. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? no screenshots available to view without logging into the remote machine. also not a fan of the installer file name changing with every version upgrade. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how ...
