"Good Training and Fun Reports"

What do you like best about NinjaCat? When we first started using NinjaCat I found the onboarding/training to be very thorough, and while there is a pretty substantial learning curve support is very responsive and helps you learn new things as you go. They have always been patient with my questions while I was still learning the system. As a previous NinjaCat user I find the current version to be very easy to use and looks much nice than it did just a few years ago.

What do you like best about NinjaCat? Ease of use regardless of technical abilities. Unlike other platforms, no coding experience is required with NinjaCat so anyone can grasp it and become a power user in no time!

What do you like best about NinjaCat? The top 2 benefits for us are the customization available in the platform and the customer service team. The customer support team has impressive problem-solving skills, and they are super quick to respond. It's such a pleasure to work with a team that actually cares about solving the problem for us. We do many things other companies don't do, and this team has been so willing to stretch and work with us to make things happen.

What do you like best about NinjaCat? To be able to create reports and templates easily. I use Campaign Manager and DV360 a lot and I like that the data from DV360 is also available from CM.

What do you like best about NinjaCat? We have a lot of clients that keep us busy and its so nice to know that Ninjacat can help out in the blink of an eye. Our clients receive weekly reports about their campaigns that are organized and break down every piece of information.

What do you like best about NinjaCat? The variety of data connections and widgets available for use + ability to import customized data are my favorite things about NinjaCat. On top of this, NinjaCat has an exceptional customer service team available at all times. If I ever have a question or an issue, I always get a response within 24hrs. No other platform provides that kind of service and is one of the reasons I continue to enjoy using it!

NinjaCat simplifies the process of blending multiple data sources and then pushing them to their final destination. The point-in-time reporting is best in class. Being able to save time and money from an FTE perspective is a complete game changer.

The UX is fantastic, easy to navigate and understand. Ninjacat support is also fantastic, responsive and knowledgeable.
