What do you like best? easy to use, can be customized easily, links to social media, inexpensive for small businesses but can be scaled up. What do you dislike? frequent updates that need to get used to new formatting What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Award winning CRM with Great Integrations.

What do you like best? It accomplishes all the work by integrating with efficiency apps, for example, inboxes and calendars, conveys a streamlined client experience, and was worked to help business teams close more deals, faster. The gathering emails, email templates, and integration with tools like LinkedIn and 366 make it so easy for me to generate new business it's almost an easy decision. Useful CRM with totally incredible properties!

What do you like best? Nimble brings together many amazing tools, including the separation of lead and social media. I can tell when I last interacted with them, helping me to choose the right time to intervene and provide relevant information. It has a good integration with other platforms. Well designed, easy to use CRM

What do you like best? The interface is easy to understand. The integration with social media is good (although it is too bad that LInkedIn and Facebook have blocked certain features) . I love the way it is easy to use tags to mark different aspects of people or companies, and the ease with which I can jump between people and associated companies. What do you dislike? A solid and easily customizable CRM

What do you like best? I am currently using Nimble for my voiceover business to keep track of my clients and leads. I like how easy and intuitive Nimble is. I like how social media is easily integrated in with my contacts. When I was shopping around for other CRM's the social media feature was not comparable to Nimble's and is ultimately why I decided to go with Nimble. CRM That's Easy to Use

What do you like best? Simplicity. Previously we used Salesforce. What a pain that was. Nimble is intuitive and doesn't require weeks of user training. What do you dislike? A really minor point. If you're not actively using Nimble for a while it goes to sleep. Click the wake up tab and it's back on in a few seconds. See? Unique and modern approach to Contact Management

What do you like best? Nimble has a browser plugin that lets you pull in contact details from social media pages. You can also do this from within emails. It saves so much time. What do you dislike? I hope they add a social inbox in the future. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don’t have to leave LinkedIn or an email to add someone to my CRM. I can do it directly within them. This increases my productivity.

Nimble gives me the tools I need to manage my pipeline!

What do you like best? I love how visual Nimble is. I love reviewing my pipeline at a glance through the graphs. I also love the dashboard set up. What do you dislike? I wish the contacts were a bit more customizable and I could search a little better between individual and company contacts. best CRM for small - and growing! - business

What do you like best? Nimble is incredible value for the money; they offer A LOT of features for a super affordable price. The key feature for me that sold me on this CRM over others is the ability to integrate this system with my Microsoft 365 products. Simple, Powerful, Connected!

What do you like best? I love that Nimble searches for social profiles when I add a new contact. It makes it so easy to keep up with their LinkedIn activity. I also love the Stay In Touch feature that allows me to calendar contact points and not miss out on a possible connection. And the group email is awesome!
