Great Full-Featured Project Management Solution

What do you like best? This is very customizable and very user friendly. Tons of features that make it extremely robust. What do you dislike? No 2-way Google Calendar sync (as of writing) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was looking for a little bit more than just a glorified checklist and Nifty did the trick. I'm able to manage multiple projects, checklists and activities. Even integrating my personal tasks as well.
