Great for my remote team
What do you like best? I Nifty for keeping our projects organized and on track. It's easy to create new projects, tasks, milestones, and make updates as projects move along. As a company that does a lot of custom projects, it's easy to work from a template and adjust as needed. I also really appreciate the transparency in their development priorities and the obvious dedication to making consistent improvements to the platform. It has been worth every penny. What do you dislike? ...

One of my most important tools for keeping organized
What do you like best? I really like using Nifty. It's powerful but it's also fun to use. There's something about the layout and how easy it is for me to keep my work in order that is incredibly satisfying. The support team is great too. Fast, friendly, helped me learn how to use the platform effectively. I've used other tools like Asana and Trello in the past but Nifty is my preferred and I've moved all my PM work over to them. What do you dislike? Nothing really. It ...

Nifty is now an essential part of my business
What do you like best? Organization. Having tasks order by date and priority helps my team know what's going on. The schedules change on a daily basis. It's an invaluable tool. You think as a business owner you know how to organize efficiently, but when Nifty came on the scene, you realize that's not the case. What do you dislike? Unless I'm mistaken, I would love to receive notifications with tasks I'm working with, without having the need to tag people. Tagging is simple, yet ...

Perfect Project Management tool for small agency
What do you like best? Easy and quick to set up. You'd get up to speed in less than an hour. I like that we're able to ability to add custom fields and discuss the project+task within the tool. What do you dislike? I know Nifty has Zapier integration but with I wish they have Open API so that it can be used in Integrately. Recommendations to others considering the product: For small agency looking for a project management tool; give NiftyPM a try. Won't take ...

Very handy for dev projects, easy to learn, & flexible.
What do you like best? I really like the kaban view for project management and how you can have conversations around tasks. The ability to have conversations with team members is also handy. I also love that it has a native mobile app, which I think is only gonna get better and more refined over time. It's super easy to invite clients to participate and Q and A. What do you dislike? I would love to see the communication piece more refined and robust. Recommendations to ...

Superb project management tool if you care about chat and internal doc creation
What do you like best? Nifty is easy to start using despite looking a bit intimidating. If you've never used a PM tool it can be but the UI is intuitive to start creating milestones and tasks to keep track of everything related to a project. What do you dislike? The color scheme needs to be customizable and the frequent updates for the standalone desktop apps are a bit annoying to always to have download, install and refresh. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Nifty Review - Does It Make Us more Productive?
What do you like best? What I appreciate most about Nifty is the capability to add almost everything a team could possibly need or encounter. We can upload files, create docs (that we started building an SOP/Checklist library), Plan out a project with Milestones on a timeline, easily *adjust* those milestone deadlines ;-) And keep conversations tight, having relevant comments on a single card (task) as well as tagging and setting due dates. It's very comprehensive. ...

Better than Trello or Jumppl, but still needs work.
What do you like best? This solution works better for our team than alternatives like Trello and Jumppl as it is more flexible and intuitive, What do you dislike? I would still like to see more intuition into easily allowing repetitive processes within a project and more integrations with third party tools in both directions. Recommendations to others considering the product: Expect less of a learning curve initially but for more of a learning curve when it comes time to ...
