What do you like best about NiceJob? Nice job staff are VERY responsive and helpful. Their product is SO MUCH better than the competitor we moved from. The fact that reviews are collected via Google and Facebook is just one huge advantage over some other companies - AND the website widgets they provide not only look great - THEY ALWAYS WORK! What do you like best about NiceJob? It's easy and the retun of investment is very rewarding What do you dislike about NiceJob? My dislike is on my database side not NiceJobs. I have to go in to each call for the day and copy and paste into your spreadsheet. I wish my side had a report. What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you? The customer service has been amazing with NiceJobe. Your system takes to follow up approach that I don't have the time for.

What do you like best about NiceJob? Nice job has been a blessing to my company. I always lacked reviews, and in only two months, they took me from 37 to 73 reviews. Their customer service is by far the best. Any questions I have, get answered relatively quickly. Everyone there is excellent; your just not another number to them. What do you dislike about NiceJob? What do you like best about NiceJob? NiceJob's automatically sends out review invites to customers after we close out every single one of our jobs/appointments. Making it easy for customers to quickly tell us how we did during their service visit! What do you dislike about NiceJob? "Fantastic customer service and amazing price."
What do you like best about NiceJob? Setup was amazing. They were so helpful and when I ran into an issue they showed me step by step how to get the reviews to show up on my website. The price is also incredible. They do just as much as any other service and do it for less. What do you dislike about NiceJob? It doesn't connect to my EHR. What do you like best about NiceJob? It helps us get reviews a little bit easier What do you dislike about NiceJob? The referral just gives us an email of someone who might be interested. They dont always convert. What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you? We wanted to get more reviews and Nice Job helped with that.
