A very useful tool for e-Discovery
What do you like best? I like the ability to compile and organize vast amounts of ESI into a manageable and searchable format. In addition, being able to add responsive issue tags that appear on the cloud-based software and can be viewed by all members of my team working on a given case is very useful for quickly finding certain documents or a group of documents relating to a specific category. Nextpoint is a great e-discovery program.
What do you like best? I love that the billing structure of Nextpoint allows us to offer it to our smaller clients and not just our larger clients. What do you dislike? I wish that the folder structure was more usable and that we could have folders within folders. What do you like best? Promptness of response when individual issues arise during a production. What do you dislike? Pricing. As a small firm, I originally had a package deal ($X/month for 4 cases to be hosted). Then the pricing increased, which got expensive when I used their services for loading/help craft specific searches for documents. Pretty good, seems better than alternatives
What do you like best? Search function seemed pretty good. I liked being able to make notes and highlight documents. What do you dislike? Not being able to search by a specific bates number. Took forever to download documents for printing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nextpoint is a useful and practical platform for use in the discovery stage.

Nextpoint used for deposition designations
What do you like best? The color coding always look great when I need to designate a lot of affirmative designations, counters, objections, etc for trial. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Nextpoint makes it extremely easy to filter through documents and flag pertinent material. It also makes it easy to move documents into various categories after the relevant documents have been flagged and allows all individuals with access to that particular count to easily view flagged material and comments by others.
