I used Nextpoint for deposition designations.

What do you like best? The speed at which designations can be completed. What do you dislike? The fact that the notes aren't always imported accurately. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Downloading deposition designations instead of doing them by hand, which is tedious and time-consuming.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff make learning and using Nextpoint very manageable.

What do you like best? Nextpoint has great online resources with helpful videos, tutorials, and articles for nearly any question that arises. If I can't find the answer online, whenever I have called or emailed, the staff are very responsive. They are a great team with real customer service agents who can be reached by telephone or email when needed. NextPoint is the most customizable eDiscovery tool I have ever used.

What do you like best? The ability to customize everything. Search features are also great and the customer support is amazing. What do you dislike? Certain portions of the system cannot be changed. I would like to be able to change portions of the system so that I could more effectively use NextPoint for projects that might not traditionally fit into eDiscovery software. User Friendly and Efficient

What do you like best? Nextpoint provides a user friendly format to efficiently review and tag documents for cases and discovery purposes. What do you dislike? With any platform, ther eare always email duplicates and unncessary documents that are not relevant. This is seemingly unavoidable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Document production and organization.

What do you like best? The NextPoint software is designed specifically for law firms and helps clearly and securely organize client documents to prepare them for review and production. A very useful tool for e-Discovery

What do you like best? I like the ability to compile and organize vast amounts of ESI into a manageable and searchable format. What do you like best? I like the layout. It is pleasing to the eyes and doesn't scare new users like Relativity does. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that users are not able to perform overlays. Often times, we need this done ASAP and there is a lag with a request going in and the overlay being performed.
