What do you like best? Nextpoint is easy step 1, step 2, etc. It makes use of the software quick and efficient. What do you dislike? After documents are uploaded into the database and we begin too review, if we get out and go back later, the documents are rearranged. What do you like best? The ability to customize everything. Search features are also great and the customer support is amazing. What do you dislike? Certain portions of the system cannot be changed. I would like to be able to change portions of the system so that I could more effectively use NextPoint for projects that might not traditionally fit into eDiscovery software.
