What do you like best about Nextpoint? The support services, particularly Krista Hylbak, are incredibly helpful. What do you dislike about Nextpoint? Price increases and poor options for formatting redactions. What problems is Nextpoint solving and how is that benefiting you? Not applicable.

"Fast and Efficient E-Discovery Software"

What do you like best about Nextpoint? Nextpoint's speed surpasses most other e-discovery software and I have yet to see another vendor that can match or come close to its pricing. What do you dislike about Nextpoint? There are some aspects that require technical expertise and it is not as user-friendly as some other options. What problems is Nextpoint solving and how is that benefiting you? Using it for e-discovery needs and very helpful to provide price predictability to our clients.

What do you like best about Nextpoint? I like how easy it is to search thousands of documents; even documents with hard-to-read text. What do you dislike about Nextpoint? Some features require training/ contacting tech support. What problems is Nextpoint solving and how is that benefiting you? NextPoint has helped to sort through an otherwise impossible amount of documents.

What do you like best about Nextpoint? Very user friendly. Allows me to run a case from start to finish. Solid technical support when needed. Pricing is very competitive and not GB-based. What do you like best about Nextpoint? I like being able to search for specific words or phrases, and seeing all documents where those terms may appear (even handwritten documents). I also love that there is a log of who opens exports and when, once exports are shared. What do you dislike about Nextpoint? What do you like best about Nextpoint? Responsive support, intuitive interface, simple, quick endorsement of documents. What do you dislike about Nextpoint? Inability to search through, and toggle between search text in the image layer of a document when reviewing. Additionally, the option to perform bulk updates to custom picklist fields without overwriting field contents is needed. I best like the foldering system and which cuts down on duplication and creates an easy avenue between related documents, in addition to the automatic OCR'ing which makes these documents easily searchable.
