User Friendly Software -- Even For The Most Tech Challenged Lawyers

What do you like best? NextPoint is a fantastic litigation support and e-discovery management software. It's user interface is easy to use and the NextPoint tech team/support group is second to none. Document review and data management has never been easier. I love the ability to be able to folder key sets of documents and organize them in a way that is useful to the trial team. The database is blazing fast and I love that I can access it from my phone, iPad, or any web browser. What ...

The Nextpoint Team has been great to work with.

What do you like best? The coding panel is easy to set up and I am able to locate documents fairly quickly when searching. We were able to run large productions on our own without having to pay the extra service fees. We were able to export a working set of the produced documents into another database without being charged an additional data import fee. What do you dislike? I can come up with workarounds for the few issues I have come across. What problems are you solving with ...

Nextpoint is a great e-discovery program.

What do you like best? I love that the billing structure of Nextpoint allows us to offer it to our smaller clients and not just our larger clients. What do you dislike? I wish that the folder structure was more usable and that we could have folders within folders. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do plenty of training prior to implementation and continue to do training so that your users are using it correctly. What problems are you solving with the ...

Great E-Discovery Platform for Small Firms/Self-Users

What do you like best? Nextpoint enables small firms to manage complex e-discovery in-house, even in cases that involves tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of pages. Avoids the extremely high cost of e-discovery vendors. I also like NextPoint oas compared to other e-discovery platforms because of its flat rate monthly pricing model. We host a high amount of data on NextPoint that would be cost prohibitive for platforms that have per-gigabyte pricing models. What do you ...

Nextpoint is a useful and practical platform for use in the discovery stage.

What do you like best? Nextpoint is intuitive and allows the discovery process to be smooth. I like how you can review a large amount of information within a short amount of time due to the way they organize and consolidate the information. What do you dislike? I have only had positive experiences with Nextpoint. Recommendations to others considering the product Get comfortable and learn by doing! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Helpful in every way

What do you like best? Ease of working with the product and customer service provided. What do you dislike? Some of the document searches yield negative results most probably because of the format of the document before upload. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Document research

Easy to use Litigation Support Software and Service

What do you like best? Nextpoint is great because it is user-friendly and easy to use. The software helps our law firm manage & review documents and easily search transcripts. What do you dislike? Less tech-savy users may require more training to use the software. Recommendations to others considering the product I recommend taking advantage of their training programs for better ease of use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This ...

Nextpoint Review

What do you like best? Nextpoint makes it extremely easy to filter through documents and flag pertinent material. It also makes it easy to move documents into various categories after the relevant documents have been flagged and allows all individuals with access to that particular count to easily view flagged material and comments by others. What do you dislike? I have not had the easiest time extracting pages from a larger document for review. I am not sure I am comfortable with ...

Excellent eDiscovery for small firm

What do you like best? Ease of use and excellent customer service. It is easy to do advanced searches and filter documents. It is mostly user-intuitive. What do you dislike? I have not had any issues to dislike, yet. I have only used the review platform, not the prep platform so far. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to search large volume of digital data.

Great product

What do you like best? I've used all of the competitors' products. For the money, NextPoint cannot be beat. The interface is easy to use and the NextPoint is very quick to respond to questions and issues. This is a great product. What do you dislike? If the program could identify near duplicates, that would be a great addition. The competitive products with this functionality costs significantly more though. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
