Great Customer Service!
I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Nick from customer service at Nextiva, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. His friendly demeanor made the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable. Nextiva is truly awesome, and having team members like Nick really makes a difference.

Experience working with Ian Myers
Ian Myers with Nextiva was an amazing asset for us during our transition from NEC, SIP trunks over to Nextiva. He was thorough in explaining the onboarding process and what to expect with our new service. He went WAY above and beyond making sure we were completely taken care of when we were dealing with horrendous porting issues on Spectrum Cable's side. 11/10 would recommend Nextiva.

The assistant that helped me was absolutely amazing. He walked me through it all and was very patient he made me feel very comfortable if I have any problems I can call and they would be very helpful he has the best customer service
