We were attracted by a promo they were having a while ago, and decided to give 'em a try. The registration process was quite simple and required a $70.00 to be paid upfront. They said this is refundable, within that month. At the beginning the sales person was helpful and we could set that up at ease. Then, we have made our tests, and decided we won't go ahead with them. Nextiva lied to us to get us to sign a contract. We have roughly 60 Extensions and they promised to have us switched over from our current provider- VONAGE BUSINESS within 30 days. 6 Months later we were still not switched over. We were paying for two different phone systems to a tune of $7,000 a month. Bottom line.. do no trust them. Poor Customer Service and Okay Service

I've been sorely disappointed with Nextiva and I learned a very hard lesson about salesmen overpromising and underdelivering... We took over a Powersports dealership about a year ago and needed to purchase a new phone system. Best hosted VoIP available

Service is excellent, voice quality is excellent and tech support is superb and all in the USA. Pricing is very reasonable and competitive. Make sure you have solid, reliable Internet service and you'll be in business.

Great service but very pricey.

I have been using Nextiva for a few months now and the service is great. However I have the the package deals are very pricey compared to others in the VOIP market.
