Nextiva’s SIP Trunking has helped us…

Nextiva’s SIP Trunking has helped us dramatically reduce our phone service costs. We added it to our existing PBX set up and were able to transition right then and there. I was surprised we didn’t have to get new hardware. It was a success! Our costs went down as expected!

Thanks to the amazing staff at Nextiva!

We’ve had one of the smoothest launches of all time! The transition from our old phone system to Nextiva’s VoIP was as easy as they said it would be. Just to be safe we made the move over a weekend to ensure the lowest impact. There were no outages and it was working smoothly for the staff the next week. A couple of training sessions and that was it. Very impressive service!

I had heard a lot about Nextiva from a new colleague. They had implemented NextOS at his old work and seen a lot of great results from the tool. We proposed it to the board and they approved the project. We were surprised how easy it was to both get approval but then also to get the tool live and working in our ecosystem. We’re very happy with our Service.

We’re very happy with our Nextiva service. The switch over was a simple process and their customer service team made it smooth and quick (a nice surprise) usually these integrated software solutions are a nightmare to launch so we had low expectations. Everything, however, went great and we’re up and running. The team has been trained and is working the system into our overall process.
