One star is way too much
One star is way too much. VoIP phone system the worst experience of my business life. Saw many other reviews with my same issues, so I was not an isolated incident. Complaint list a mile long but no one cares. They just keep taking your money. They even left one of my stores WITHOUT a working phone for a full business week. This place is a complete joke. Stay away. Read reviews about the phones. I had to get our attorney involved. Yes, that bad!

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! Sales Creep, Mike, told us he'd have a local crew setup the system and do onsite training.....Bull! We received a box full of phones and had to go back and forth with the online and phone support. We are a small company and couldn't afford to have a distraction like that! Also they told us we would receive a paper invoice but they needed a Credit card to establish the account.....Bull! They continued to bill the credit card even though we were told that wouldn't ...

Account exec is not listening
I am not a customer but was inquiring. I exactly know what I need. Talked to intake and voiced my need. Was forwarded to account executive. I repeated what I was told. The account exec had no interest to what I had to say but to follow his script. I guess lesson learned is .. listen first.. then ask questions. Will not do business with them. The call took less than 2 mins.

Nextiva Chat
Our customers need to be able to connect in the way they feel most comfortable. We have to provide the options that work for them. Nextiva Chat was something we added last year and it’s gone really well and quickly risen to the highest volume customer service channel. It’s just how they want to connect. Nextiva’s version is nicely designed, stable and easy to learn.

AWFUL! Avoid this company.
We had a good experience with Nextiva...until the end and they effectively destroyed several years of good service history with us in just a matter of hours. Our business closed and we were working until the end of the year (12/31/18), with patients calling from all over the country with credit card payments. I had to email them earlier in the day to ensure our contract was indeed going to end at the end of the year (or else auto-renew for 3 years which would have been financially ...

Try another VOIP service
Try another VOIP service. Do not waste your time with Nextiva. I subscribed to Nextiva VOIP, Voice Over Internet Protocol service as a way of creating an additional telephone and fax number for my business in October, 2016 when I started my accounting and tax practice. The worst company I have ever dealt…
The worst company I have ever dealt with. We dealt with Charles L. and his manager Eric L. We signed up with them for VOIP, they charged my card, and were supposed to receive a call back in 20 min to set up our phone numbers. (We were told it was the end of the month and they were busy) Meanwhile a day and half later, we still had not heard back and we tried and tried to get in touch with Charles. Thanks to the amazing staff at Nextiva!
We’ve had one of the smoothest launches of all time! The transition from our old phone system to Nextiva’s VoIP was as easy as they said it would be. Just to be safe we made the move over a weekend to ensure the lowest impact. There were no outages and it was working smoothly for the staff the next week. A couple of training sessions and that was it. Very impressive service!

Nextiva’s SIP Trunking has helped us…
Nextiva’s SIP Trunking has helped us dramatically reduce our phone service costs. We added it to our existing PBX set up and were able to transition right then and there. I was surprised we didn’t have to get new hardware. It was a success! Our costs went down as expected!
