update (July 18, 2019): finally sorted out everything. takes toooo much time and tooo many calls. But finally it is working. ---- For a month trying to port 2 DIDs and set up account. Made a small mistake in the form first time but the customer service never follow up with me on it, had waited when I contacted them. The messages they sent always hit to SPAM folder. My business partner and I signed up for Nextiva lines for our business, so that we could make/receive calls via the app using our existing cell phones. We chose Nextiva after doing quite a bit of research, as they seemed to have the best reviews. Misunderstanding with Nextiva about installation
I just spoke with my original Nextiva sales person, who listened and was courteous. He promised to review with supervisors and get back to me. We agree that this has been a bad misunderstanding. Stuff happens and I was pretty upset, but seems like there is progress towards resolution. Hopefully it can be resolved soon.

Nextiva Nightmare - Proceed with Caution
5/31 Hello Kevin, As previously discussed there is an early termination fee for cancellation of services and for returning rental devices. Your early termination fee is $2,229.15. If you choose not to address the early termination fee the account will remain open. Please let me know how you wish to proceed with payment? I have been a client of Nextiva since 2015 and I'm DISSATISFIED
I have been a client of Nextiva since 2015. I am in the process of moving our Agency to another Carrier. I have found their business practice of "renewal" line add/terms and "tickets" to be bad business. Instead of contacting me at 36 months to review my account and renew they wait until after their "Click here for Terms and Conditions - scroll to page 3 and a small part in center will explain that you will AUTO renew for 36 months automatically" You do not have the option if you miss the ...

Very Poor Ethics - Avoid
I was contacted by Nextiva, about signing up for a VOIP plan in May 2019. It was a very high-pressure sales call and the salesman did not even tell me that it was a 38-month contract. I impulsively signed the docusign, even though I had a bad feeling in my gut and a lump in my throat that this was the wrong move. I called to cancel 10 minutes after signing the contract and Nextiva refused to refund my money, then told me there would be... an $800 early termination fee to cancel. Mind you ...

From the time of Install I have had nothing but problems. Install was nothing but issues no one to call no one to help me, They lied about equipment and what they sold me. Run around lies from my Account Manager. He makes it sound like he is doing me a favor. I can't wait to switch to another company, that doesn't lie and BS you.

We needed a new CRM and Nextiva had the best option on the market. The feature set is extraordinary and covers both our needs to and in the future. The connections to our other software make it easy to gather data and create reports, reports that were way more difficult to create in the past. Our customer data team is very happy.

I did work with them for a while and…
They won't let you port your number to another carrier. I did work with them for a while and the customer service was ok. When I wanted to put my account on hold they made me jump through hoops for ever with several phone calls and unnecessary steps, plus they made me pay for it, $15 a month to keep my account active. Then when I called, they said that they wont let me use my number because I would have to pay an extra month to activate it so that they would give me the "right" to port the ...
