Two Locations, Distance Doesn't Matter With Nextiva

Our business has two locations one in Dallas, TX and a second in Mexico City. With that said, Nextiva's communicate suite is essential in keeping our sales pipeline moving. Our sales team in Mexico talks to our Dallas team in real time to deliver quotes to clients while they are on the phone. If your business has multiple locations, or you have different teams that need to connect in a moments notice, Nextiva is for you.

I've been a happy Nextiva customer for 7 years. The experience has been nothing short of amazing. Their customer service is as good as advertised and the call quality and professional features with the phone service have been perfect for my business - and just keep getting better. Easily, the best Voip service available!

I love everything about Nextiva. Their service is amazing... But even better is their customer service. They are always fast and super easy to work with if we ever run into issue. I give Nextiva a 6 out of 5 star rating!

Best VoIP solution by a mile

Best VoIP solution by a mile. I've been a customer and a fan of Nextiva's for several years now. Never once experienced an issue. Zero downtime with their phones. Exceptional call quality. Very useful reporting on call metrics and the service is always exceptional whenever I have a question that needs resolved. Plus, they're constantly updating their platform with new features, etc. Highly recommend if you're looking for a painless and rewarding business communications experience.

I’ve been on Nextiva for 6 months and…

I’ve been on Nextiva for 6 months and it’s been awful. I have to call customer support almost weekly. The fact that they can’t get caller ID to sync with Outlook is an epic fail. At my previous company, I had a free software that synced caller and ID and Outlook contacts. Nextiva should give them a call to figure out how to do it.

Avoid Nextiva. Over promise and under deliver.

Beware, our Nextiva sales rep promised VOIP features which apparently do not exist. They ported over our number, customers received an out of service message for the first day until we called in to report it and something was changed. The next day we had to call in again just to get our phone voice system working again. Texting is very important to our business.
