Poor Service to Customer , Phone lines been down for 5 hours . Nextiva response time is 24 to 48 hours . They dont care about your business and urgency to resolve issue

We have been using Nextiva for the past…

We have been using Nextiva for the past 3 years! Our department leaders were able to measure results using Nextiva’s custom dashboards. If performance wavers, they can dedicate extra resources whenever needed! Just great!

One time they updated their system and…

One time they updated their system and lost all sip trunking passwords so that our PBXs failed. Today they blame it on verizon and no siptrunks available. Almost no one available on weekends. Redundancy is Fake, too complex, will migrate to twilio soon.

Great until they do updates

Great until they do updates. Just lost all my contacts and feature that helped me track text dialogue with my customers. Customer support trying to help but they seem at a loss too. 😣. They also can't figure out why the Nextiva number does not show when texting. Glitch sent all text from my private number...now clients are calling me on that number. It's all a mess.

I looked hard at all the players in the…

I looked hard at all the players in the VOIP market and I must say Nextiva has impressed me with simple customer support. The IT support has been outstanding, I am very hard to impress as I have a IT service that takes care of my businesses but I found no need to get them involved with the service as when you call you get a live person that walks you through all setup and took care of my number porting . The price was great as well .

Nextiva is the worst service we have…

Nextiva is the worst service we have ever worked with. We explicitly asked to turn off our auto renewal so we could find a new provider, but they did not and locked us into a new contact. They are the worst company we have ever seen and we highly recommend you avoid them at all costs.

Unnecessarily tedious

Unnecessarily tedious, redundant, confusing platform, from the phone service, to texting, to even sending a fax. Common sense was thrown out the window and even the support team agrees! Take a look at the Intermedia platform and you'll see the huge difference.

Terrible Customer Service

We've been with Nextiva for a few months and initially, when we signed up they were great. They helped us get set up and we were pretty happy. Over 7 weeks ago, we wanted to enable text messaging through the Nextiva App. First, we didn't understand why this wasn't enabled by default but it seemed like a simple enough request to activate. Support is Key

We are very Support Conscious and Nextiva is the same way. A CSR answers the phone instead of me having to wait until I hear all the 'options that may have changed' Consistency is a hot button for me. If I have to call 2 support people to get an answer, I am gone. Our tech was way old school, a legacy pbx system. They squared us away RIGHT away plus nobody else had the business productivity apps that Nextiva provides

We're a high-growth logistics company…

We're a high-growth logistics company with tons of inbound/outbound call volume. Nextiva's VoIP solution has been huge for us. We use the auto-attendant feature to route calls quickly and easily to our team. The call analytics platform is our go-to for tracking team performance and call volume across all our brokers.
