Horrible customer support

Horrible customer support. They tricked me into signing up for the CRM services that don't even work. Charged me for it and the make it impossible to cancel. I have a month to month with no contract and they said if I only want phone then my call waiting won't work anymore if I don't have the app.... That's a standard feature though? Becareful don't fall for the tricks. They want me to pay 35 USD extra a month for call waiting .

Satisfied customer

After a couple of initial porting hiccups, I am pleased to say that their amazing team of caring professionals did what it took to make it happen. A company that cares, listens and then addresses your issues is exactly what I was looking for. Now I have quality calls, responsive service and at a cost that I can live with. Nextiva review

We've been with Nextiva for years and within the past year they lost ownership of 3 of our phone lines and we had to get new numbers and redo all of our marketing materials which is super expensive. No refunds, no customer service, horrible experience. RUN FAST, anyone is better than Nextiva. Wow, so Nextiva responds quickly to reviews but not to customer service requests, how fitting! Just confirms how bad they are at dealing with actual issues. And you can't find my account? Good Grief! ...

I am a 8 year customer of Nextiva constant tech support issues.

I am a 8 year customer of Nextiva. Overall the feature list is very comprehensive as well as having a good pricing structure. The problem in my opinion is poor reliability and support. Almost without exception my tech support call is more than 60 minutes and usually requires multiple calls to fix somewhat easy problems. Nextiva = Nightmare

Nightmare My firm has multiple offices around the country and we went to the Nextiva system about 9 months ago. It has been such a terrible experience that we are throwing it away and starting over. Our entire staff regularly experiences dropped calls at the moment of connection. No call comes straight through after picking up - there is always a 5-10 second delay. Keep researching, dont settle

You know how you make some mistakes when starting a business for the first time? Nextiva was ours. There are plenty of other options out there. Don't let their "I'm going to give you this price but you need to agree now" tactics sway you. There is a reason they do that. They are one of those companies that invest more in their sales team than they do their product. The goal is to get you in the door, not to provide a quality product.

Garbage company!!

Garbage company!!! All outsourced, sales are Americans to sell their services. Stat away!!! It cost us over $100 thousands of dollars in damages for all the mess their did to our phone system.

Quality, Reliable Service

As a realtor, I need to have uninterrupted, direct communication with vendors and clients. In a business like mine, if a client reaches out and I am unavailable, I lose that client for life. Nextiva’s service has never dropped a call wherever I may be.
