I worked with Carlos P today and he was amazing. He is incredibly knowledgable about your product and was able to help me navigate the process of making changes to my account and subscription. Scammed?

Scammed? I started using them 8 years ago on a 3 year contract and when I tried to change my account by simply removing unneeded features (not terminating their service) I was told that the penalty would be $1,017!! They of course didn’t tell me that the contract automatically renewed but I’m sure it’s in the contract.

Justin Mitcham was absolutely amazing! He was available for me on a Sunday and always responded to all my questions via email within a few minutes. Justin was even gracious enough to still help me after not following my gut and going with another company. It only took a few days to realize what a mistake that was. Everything has been extremely easy to use and this product has superseded any expectations I had. Daria was absoultely amazing as well and super patient with me.
