I Like Nextiva, But Have Problems with some Features

I like the PC software, the interface, the features, etc. Seems to be easy to navigate and is user friendly. Lots of help articles and videos helps if I can't understand something. However, I have a confounding problem with Voicemail to email not working. Also can't reset my password. For some reason emails from these features are not being received by me, whereas other emails from Nextiva are coming through just fine. Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! The app is worthless. Ive lost business because of their nonsense. NOTHING works as it should. And customer support doesnt care. I'd leave NEGATIVE stars if I could. Run away as fast as you can. Complete waste of time and money and lost revenue
