Incredibly responsive

Incredibly responsive. The software is very powerful, and gives us far more flexibility that with our old analog system... there's a bit of a learning curve... my designated contacts were so responsive there were times I asked for a particular change and it was implemented before I hung up. Email q's were answered quickly, often with links to relevant tutorials. VERY impressed.
