Very bad experience with this so-called best company. I contacted them regarding my VOIP phone, they put me in 1 month contract to see how service would go for 33$ per month. After 30 days past they charged me 82$ without my permission. I did not store my card anywhere; they supposed to contact me and ask if I want to continue. Instead, the sale rep sending me to billing department to resolve the issue. Billing department sending me back to whoever promised me service. Very unprofessional ...
