Great Service, Great Company, and the best is their customer service. They are always answering fast and do a great job! Case number 03623179
Case number 03623179. After calling on Aug 9th and troubleshooting hardware for 2 hours with Mark, our call ended in the agreement that I would receive 1 new phone under warranty and ship the old phone back. The email I was to receive would include all necessary instructions. It never arrived. Instead, I received an email that my case was being closed.
