Deceptive crooks that suck your money

We cancelled our account and ported out 3 months ago and are still being charged. I called in to cancel our account and they auto renewed our contract without our consent. We signed a 12 month contract in 2022. We ported out before the contract expired and they kept the account active only to lock us in without confirmation.

Service is terrible and not worth it.

I wish I could give this phone service zero stars because that’s what they truly deserve. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I requested to cancel my subscription, and they assured me it would be done promptly. Well, that was a lie. Not only did they fail to cancel my subscription as promised, but their customer service is also the worst I have ever encountered. Great customer service provided by Nextiva

I was having a difficult time understanding my monthly invoice. Nick took the time to listen to my questions and to understand my company's specific needs. He provided a solution that will save our company money while keeping the same great service that Nextiva provides.
