Excellent company and customer service
We have been a Nextiva customer since 2016 using their online fax service which worked fantastic for our small business fax needs. We just recently retired and no longer require the service and called Zyndell at customer service to request cancellation. She was very polite and understanding. She clearly and cheerfully explained other available services that might be helpful to us and then promptly processed our request. Onboarding was a breeze!
Onboarding was a breeze! Ian Myers was a huge help getting 20 locations onboarded with some complex routing and user configurations. Compared to my last 3 phone migrations over 8 years - this was the most seamless, stress-free, frankly most enjoyable experience yet. Ian and his team made it almost effortless.
