I wish I could give a 0

I wish I could give a 0! Service never worked since day one but sure enough I've been charged every month. The 2nd month the charge went up $10 because apparently there was a promotion on unlimited messages when as we speak the message option has not even been activated yet (it's been almost 2 months that I signed up btw). Technical support never follow up with you even though the issues are pending and when I call the only thing that they say is "we don't know when the next update is going ...

A major upgrade from Google Voice

A major upgrade from Google Voice. If I now have a problem, I can talk to a professional 24/7. The support so far has been excellent and I never have to wait more than 2m to connect with member of their tech support staff. Ygor and Andy were quick to resolve my problem, and Ann in Sales got me into the right plan Their product is also easy to use and versatile. So far, so good!

Gustavo! What a guy! After getting transferred several times I finally got to the correct support line and they had just closed on a Friday afternoon. Frustrated, I was forced to leave a message. Real kind professional people

I have had two separate points of contact with your company. First is sales rep Erik R., who assisted me by text. He was informative and patient. Second is Natalia Kopach who help me with initial onboarding of system. She is professional, pleasant and patient dealing with a person (myself) who is somewhat tech challenged.
