Beware of Nextiva Phone Service and Dishonest Sales Rep (Name redacted) My experience with Nextiva Phone Service and their sales rep (Name Redacted) was nothing short of a nightmare. Walter blatantly lied to me from the start, promising that I could cancel within 30 days if I was dissatisfied, with a full refund.
