Kudos for Miguel V.

Re: Case number 03803787 Miguel V. was excellent as he was on the telephone for a very long time with me to resolve the issue. He had to contact numerous Nextiva departments to get the item of contention resolved. Finally, the responsible employee sent me the corrected contract. I advocate a pay raise for Miguel V. Leo L is the best

The last two times I called Nextiva Customer Service I started with a rep who left me on hold for over 20 minutes without checking back in or giving an update. I had to call back and verify myself and account again. Both times this happen, I got the best customer service agent, Leo L. He helped me both times. Leo is the best Rep for customer support!

Leo was great when I rephoned in when the first Representative left me hanging and never phoned me back when we got disconnected after waiting for 40 minutes in the phone. Leo took care of my needs quickly and with a professional friendly demenor. Greatly appreciate his assistance!
