Be careful if you decide to Cancel. Snakes when you are trying to cancel.

I was told that I could cancel my contract in October of this year after porting 1 of 2 lines. So now when I go to cancel my last line, they hit me with a deactivation fee and continue to charge me for the 2nd line. They claim that they sent me an email to cancel the first one via docusign but I have checked my email. I asked who I spoke to back in March and of course they have no record of it. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Leo - Knowledgeable and eager to help resolve if possible

Leo was concerned of the situation I am going through and that I wasn't ware my 36 month contract auto renewed. I have had health problems and business has decreased. I loved Nextiva but for my business its a over kill. Thank you for looking me a person in struggles and not a dollar sign. Companies who care about all clients will always prosper for good deeds.

I was able to get phone numbers and get the system set up quickly on my computer. They explained things in detail as they set it up.

Great service

Great service - Very polite and respectful. I ended up going with someone else due to pricing being too high for the actual CRM option - however I would absolutely come back if pricing becomes more competitive in the future. Leo helped me cancel my account and was very smooth and professional.
