Very reliable! And the customer support is fantastic. I have only called in a couple times, however, each time the support rep has been very polite, patient, and answered all of my questions instead of being passed around to different representatives. Any time we have needed to upgrade or add something to our plan, it has always been a simple and efficient process. Not too many cons!

Our company has had Nextiva for 6 months and we have not had any dropped calls, no audio issues, no outages, and the transition from our landline service to their VOIP service was easy and stress free. No complaints about Nextiva. They do an awesome job!

So far the experience has been great

So far the experience has been great. Set up was easy enough, we aren't done yet as we are waiting on our desk phones to arrive. I think we made a great move away from comcast/at&t.
