What do you like best? Navigation is very intuitive for a) uploading receipts b) documenting categories Another convenient feature is emailing receipts to Nexonia where they are automatically added to your current report. Effective and economical expense management

What do you like best? Was able to get up and running on the system quickly. Initially integrated with QuickBooks and recently moved to SageIntacct and implementation was quick in both instances. Easy to use app, makes creating expense reports simple

What do you like best? Overall my experience has been great using Nexonia. But I really enjoy the simplicity of their app. It makes keeping up with expenses while traveling for work extremely easy. The ability to take pictures on the go, track and record without skipping an beat, allows you to focus while on the road. What do you dislike? Great for reconciling expenses

What do you like best? I like the ease of reporting and editing expenses. I can do it from my phone quickly and anywhre there is internet. If I make a mistake, it is easy to adjust or delete an entry or picture. What do you dislike? I have to go into transactions, reports, and take apicture and add it to the reports, editing the details as I go. It would be nice to have a multi add feature from the transactions to deal with several transactions being added to a new report at once, ...

What do you like best? Nexonia Expenses and Payables has increased our general ledger accuracy. It has also saved money with the reduction of personnel costs. What do you dislike? The only missing feature that I would like is for the accounts payable module to autofill the categories for prior vendors. What problems are you solving with the product?
