Excellent Customer Service

What do you like best? The ease of use and follow-up with Newton is excellent. What do you dislike? The software doesn't have all the bells and whistles as the more expensive systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy applicant posting and tracking.

What do you like best? I like the Customer service I received over the last 8 years. Excellent and top notch on every level. Very Professional. Outstanding. What do you dislike? Great ATS!

What do you like best? I love the ease of use and the use of scorecards as a rating system. Newton makes the process so much easier. What do you dislike? Everything is great. I have no issues at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Consistency across the board in rating candidates on interviews. Clear communication between managers and HR in the hiring process.

What do you like best? There aren't many aspects that I don't like. I love the Scheduler that integrates with Outlook and schedules scorecards after interviews. I love how customizations work for scorecards, emails and everything else. I can cater things exactly to my organization or to the position/candidate. The auto fill tokens are great. Newton either meets our ATS needs immediately or adapts to them based upon customer feedback.

What do you like best? Easy to use! Logical sequencing of tasks and progression of applicants. Great analytics! What do you dislike? The EEO report does not include the Census codes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Newton tracks all applicant data and is accessible to hiring managers and appropriate team members. It is an easy to use applicant and communication tool.

Great resource!

What do you like best? Communication between HR/Hiring Managers and candidates is outstanding. The ability to create templates saves so much time. What do you dislike? The inability to text candidates via Newton. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring managers are more engaged in the recruiting process and, therefore, more engaged in the success of new hires, lowering turnover in the first 3 months on the job.

Newton has all the functionality you need and is very affordable.

What do you like best? The system is affordable, it has all the functionality of an ATS, they provide excellent customer support, overall it is a very good ATS. I am a very satisfied customer. What do you dislike? It would be nice to hover over the buttons and get a quick description of what it does.
