Great ATS solution

What do you like best? I like the fact that Newton is flexible and listens to the needs of their customers. The Newton from 5 years ago is not the Newton today - it's much better! What do you like best? It's the easiest ATS system I've ever used hands down. Easiest to use. What do you dislike? I wish I had more flexibility to tailor it myself. I think Newton is very helpful

What do you like best? That almost we can manage the entire recruiting process from one software, which also is very easy to use. What do you dislike? That it doesn't have report to track the referred employees. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend you to add more reports or allow to create custom reports, specially to track internal referrals. User Friendly and very helpful

What do you like best? I like how user friendly Newton is. My favorite feature is the follow up one. I like being able to set tasks for myself so that I don't lose track on candidates. What do you dislike? I dislike that is doesn't have an onboarding system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not losing candidates or multiple recruiters reaching out to one candidate.

What do you like best? I have been using Newton for a few years now and I would highly recommend it to small and mid-sized companies and organizations. It is a platform that has the flexibility to adapt to your culture rather than forcing your culture to adapt to it. Great product that works with Paycor

What do you like best? We implemented Newton to interface with our Paycor software. It seamlessly works together to create a great user experience. What do you dislike? The one thing that I would change is the ability to import resumes and applications directly into Paycor is not available at this time.
