Don't have what they say they have

Attempted to get historic data from them which their website claims they have. Was told they had this so spent time confirming and made payment. Then after several weeks was told they can't get anything older than last 6 months, had to get a refund. Waste of time. Did at least have a nice website, might have current news text data.

Is this website fake ?

They didn’t respond to my thousands of messages… the bot in the website is useless and always offline. Customer service is not responding at all…

Newsdata.io is almost unique in that it provides a low-cost way for me to monitor breaking news stories about my clients. It is also made easier by the specific site search. Yes, it's a little difficult to use and to easily import the data into a Google Sheet / Excel, but it's the best value service available.
