Best email signature management tool

What do you like best? Newoldstamp allows creating many signatures in few clicks. My company uses Gsuite. So it's really important for us to be able to deploy multiple signatures at once. I just didn't have to spend much time creatings signatures for whole team. And that's awesome! What do you dislike? There's no major thing.. The tool might look a bit confusing at first but the amount of features kinda implies that. I disregarded the product tour, so my mistake I guess :) ...

Great signatures for our small company!

What do you like best? Great looking signature, that links well....It isnt something that will make it tough to go thru others emails (as far as size, etc.) Great customer service, and very easy to set up and link What do you dislike? not much at all - I enjoy almost everything about it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having the autolinks in the signature along with face shots, etc.

Fantastic Product!

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use the features. It's quick and simple to understand. The customer service provided by Yaryna was excellent and incredibly informative. What do you dislike? Nothing as of yet. All seems to be working great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of distributing and installing signatures.

Easy to use branded signature platform

What do you like best? I enjoy being able to customize the signatures effortlessly and being able to have a banner. I also like the fact that i can send these directly to each user from the platform and they will receive instructions. What do you dislike? I wish the banner feature would allow to edit or create a new banner in the platform itself. Wish newoldstamp had an option to buy additional signatures. What do you like best? NOS is a flexible app that can be used on multiple platforms. What do you dislike? The downside is it won't automatically update on Outlook. Simple and professional

What do you like best? Design templates are easy to use and look great. Also easy to share with our staff so we can all use the same signature design. What do you dislike? Nothing. It was easy to use and provided exactly what we were looking for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great Email Signature Service for Businesses

What do you like best? I like that you can set templates or presets for company members to have a consistent signature that looks professional. I also like that you have multiple templates to choose from and photo options. What do you dislike? I wish that you could alter the line options for things with icons, for example, if I didn't want to add a Skype number, but wanted to use that line, I wish we could remove the Skype logo. What do you like best? This gives our small business a professional look and feel to clients. The banners are a great tool. What do you dislike?
