Great Software, but needs better UI

What do you like best? I really like how New Relic presents the errors: it gives out the total count of each kind of errors, sorted from the highest occurrence to the lowest occurrence. The error rate chart is also really helpful. I also like how new relic puts things into diagrams. What do you like best? Easy to use interface, good alerting tools and a very robust set up that over shadows some more expensive options on the market. Development agency uses it near constantly to monitor our server usage. What do you dislike? Not much in the way of 3rd party integration available.
